We start by understanding the actual plumbing problem or project. Photos, product specifications and layout details often prevent wasted visits and unclear assumptions. If an on-site assessment is needed, we arrange it after confirming the basic fit.

Scope over slogans
We do not advertise 24-hour emergency service. We also avoid presenting renovation plumbing as a promise to manage every trade. The proposed work should make clear what is included, what depends on site conditions and what belongs to others.
Warranty
Raccoon Plumbing publishes a one-year workmanship warranty for eligible work. Product defects, customer-supplied materials, misuse, work altered by others and pre-existing or unrelated conditions may be excluded. Project-specific terms should be confirmed in the written quote or invoice.
